Bria Sanchez is a Fairfield-based visual artist and designer whose first love is drawing.

From 2014 to 2017, she had taken numerous art studio classes at Solano Community College, including figure drawing, printmaking, and illustration. Afterwards, she transferred into the Design major at UC Davis, where she often found herself at a computer instead of in a sketchbook. It was during her time there that Bria realized that art and design were both quite different, yet so interdisciplinary. Art is not design, and design is not art — however, one cannot exist without the other.

Bria obtained her B.A. in Design from UC Davis in 2019, and enjoys the intersection of art and design in her work.
