Mankas Grill
I created a logo for the new Mankas Grill restaurant in Fairfield, CA. Named after one of the original owners, Christley Manka, the building was established in 1853 as a major stagecoach stop between Berryessa Valley and the Suisun City port. The logo contains the iconic building silhouette that any local would recognize – it breathes contemporary life into the historic, agricultural area that is Suisun Valley.
I’ve designed the business cards, main menus, drinks, dessert, and kids menus for Mankas Grill. The branding we’ve developed for the restaurant is utilized in all of their print media, from menus and post cards, to banners and signage.
